Refund terms

Refunds cannot be processed after the funds (including bonuses) have been used in play.

A refund request will only be considered if submitted within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the transaction in question, or within thirty (30) days if the user claims that another person (or a minor) gained access to their account.

We also reserve the right to suspend the refund or reverse transaction until the user's identity has been properly verified. You agree to provide notarised proof of identity or any other documents confirming your identity in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. If these documents are not provided within thirty (30) days of our request, the refund or reverse transaction will not be carried out, your player account will be closed and you will lose all funds in it; this decision shall be final, binding and non-appealable.

The player is obliged to play fairly in all games and not to influence the outcome of the game by any means, including the use of computers, mathematical formulas, betting systems or otherwise.

The player is obliged to follow the rules agreed to when registering their profile.
